We provide online access to subscribed Clan members who are willing to share their Hunter ancestry and connect with others to build meaningful family links within our genealogy community.
Read-only access to these records is available exclusively to subscribed members who submit a GEDCOM file.
With many members sharing similar names, please use your full real name and include a link to your Facebook profile so others can easily identify and connect with you. If you have a preferred name, you can add it in brackets after your real name or include a note during registration.

Once you register, your account will remain inactive until the Clan Hunter Genealogy Team receives and reviews your GEDCOM file. You will be notified by email once your account has been approved.
Our focus is on ancestral records for individuals with the Hunter birth surname, along with their spouses and children. If your surname has changed through marriage, simply trace your lineage back to your first Hunter ancestor and follow that line.
As a non-profit project, we’re unable to carry out individual research. However, our friendly volunteers are always happy to offer guidance and support, regardless of your experience level.
To begin, send us your family history in a GEDCOM (.ged) file. If you’re new to this, don’t worry - we provide clear instructions and support to help you along the way.
